Frequently Asked Questions

How do I reset my password?

Go to the login page and click “Forgot Password.” Enter your email address and we’ll send a reset link. The link expires in 1 hour. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder or contact support.

Can I import contacts from my old CRM?

Yes. You can import contacts via CSV upload (up to 50,000 at a time), or use our Zapier integration to sync from HubSpot, Salesforce, Follow Up Boss, or any CRM with a Zapier connection. Each contact imports with all custom fields, tags, and notes.

How do SMS credits work?

Each plan includes a monthly SMS allocation. Starter includes 500 SMS/month, Growth includes 2,000, and Scale includes 5,000. Additional credits can be purchased at $0.015 per SMS. International SMS rates vary. You can track usage in Settings → Billing → SMS Usage.

Can I use my existing phone number?

Yes. You can port your existing business phone number to LeadSites (takes 2–4 weeks depending on your carrier), or you can get a new local or toll-free number assigned instantly. During porting, both numbers work simultaneously.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. The LeadSites mobile app is available for iOS and Android. It includes your dashboard, CRM, unified inbox, calendar, notifications, and the ability to mark jobs complete and trigger automations from the field.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

After cancellation, your account remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days. During that time, you can export all contacts, emails, and analytics. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted. Your website will go offline immediately upon cancellation.

Do you offer onboarding help?

Yes. Every new account includes a free 30-minute onboarding call where we set up your account, import contacts, configure your first workflow, and answer questions. Growth and Scale plans include priority onboarding with a dedicated setup specialist.
